1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect books.
  • Please inspect your books immediately upon delivery.
  • If you notice any issue, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos or proof of the problem.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Books in good condition once delivered are not eligible for return or refund.
  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong book.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support via email or phone within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement book at no extra cost.
  • If replacement is not available, we will process a cash refund upon receiving the returned book.
  • Refunds will be processed via the same COD method, during delivery of the replacement or separately as agreed.

6. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Customers are not responsible for return shipping charges if the item was damaged or incorrect.
