1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect books.
- Please inspect your books immediately upon delivery.
- If you notice any issue, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos or proof of the problem.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Books in good condition once delivered are not eligible for return or refund.
- We cannot accept returns for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong book.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our customer support via email or phone within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund Process
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement book at no extra cost.
- If replacement is not available, we will process a cash refund upon receiving the returned book.
- Refunds will be processed via the same COD method, during delivery of the replacement or separately as agreed.
6. Return Shipping
- For approved returns, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Customers are not responsible for return shipping charges if the item was damaged or incorrect.
